Jabber users pending activation

I've got a support ticket in, but it being a holiday weekend and all I figured I'd ask around here, too.

About five hours or so ago, I created two Jabber users. They're *still* pending activation even though the knowledge base says it takes five minutes. Have any of you seen this happen?

There the script that creates the jabber user on your server probably had an error so support will have to manually do it.
