Servers using ntp? Server time wrong?

Servers using ntp? Server time wrong?

It looks to me like the time on my server (grant) is a minute and 17 seconds slow, which is a pretty big difference. Anybody else seeing this on their machine? Aren't our servers automatically synchronized using ntp? It doesn't look like ntpdate is installed.

The servers are usually synchronized with ntp, but occasionally ntp can fail. Contact support and they'll fix it.

Good to hear. It's just that it doesn't look like the ntp package is even installed. But maybe DreamHost is using some client besides ntpdate.

I contacted support, but I like to post in the forums as well since the response time is usually faster and I can get some feedback while I wait for the official response.
