Hi,
I already ordered hosting today, at around 14:00 (GMT +1)
How long is it going to take untill I have a domain name and hosting?

Depends. Dreamhost has systems set up to monitor new sign ups - if the computer decides it's legit then it will go through and you'll have your account in a couple of hours. If it gets flaged for review by staff, if will take a bit longer.
If it's been 3 or 4 hours allready you can allways just drop a line to support and ask - they can tell you for sure what's going on.
