IMAP E-Mail not working

I'm having some major problems with IMAP on my account. None of my mail accounts across my account on any domain are working. I can't even login through webmail, I get "Error connection dropped from IMAP-server"
I was surprised to see that there is no phone contact information for DreamHost.
I'm waiting for an urgent email today and this is a business account, I filed a support ticket but haven't heard back.
Anyone have any information? Status.dreamhost.com has zero.
