When trying to back up the db from DH

Hello
i have back up the DB from DH know i go to Resotre it in anther server we use Cpanel .. the back up is taken from here it give us this error

right syntax to use near 'DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1' at line 10

any idea why this error and how can i fix this error .. so i can resotre the db ?
