MySQL Server Snowball Down

The MySQL server Snowball has been down for the last 50 minutes. I'm trying to submit a support request, but the Contact Support page in the panel is failing to load (it just sits there loading, never returning a result).
Does anyone know how to contact support when the panel is down?
