Can't find my "nameofyoursite.com" directory

Can't find my "nameofyoursite.com" directory

When I FTP into my account, I don't see the "nameofsite.com" directory that I'm supposed to put my files in for them to be seen online.

The only directories I have are "logs" and "maildir."

I triple-checked my domain status and it says "active" and when i go to my URL, I get an empty directory, so I know it's transferred over.

What gives?

Thanks,

/bill

It should definitely be in there. If it isn't, you will need to submit a support ticket.

Did you just sign up? If so, it takes a while for the directory to get fully set up. If it was a few days ago, or more, or you had the directory before and now it's gone, definitely contact support.
