hi, I made a dreamhost account in october 2003 and haven;t logged in or used it ever since. now I was reminded of its great deals and I logged in, but now the Billing section is disabled. only Home and Support are clickable. what's going on? I want to set up a domain name and hosting plan

This happens when you are logged in under a Web ID that doesn't have any web hosting plans under it. If you don't have a plan already, you can create one here:
https://panel.dreamhost.com/signup/
If you do have an existing hosting plan with us, make sure that you are logged in under the right Web ID (it's possible you have more than one).
