Subdomain - two hostings

Hi

I have one domain in another hosting
Example: www.mydomain.com

and I find out in my other hosting, that I can create subdomains, and redirect it to another hosting

So, in my other hosting, I added forum.mydomain.com
To do this, I went to DNS settings, and I add in
address (A)
Hostname: forum
IP: (example: 205.196.223.140)
