Blosxom / Perl Problem

Blosxom / Perl Problem

We're using the Blosxom (www.blosxom.com) blog software on our site at the following
url:

http://rotofugi.com/blosxom.cgi

Everything was working fine until some time yesterday when Blosxom started failing to load
the stories, resulting in a blank page except for the headers and footers....

running blosxom.cgi in a terminal I found the following errors...

opendir(./../..): Permission denied at /usr/local/lib/perl/5.6.1/File/Find.pm line 597
opendir(./../..): Permission denied at /usr/local/lib/perl/5.6.1/File/Find.pm line 597

Anyone have any insight on this? I've put in a support request but haven't heard back yet. I found another post that indicated something might have changed with Perl at DH recently, so I'm hoping this can be fixed. :)

It's working now. Don't know what happened. Support said they didn't do anything, but perhaps someone behind the scenes fixed something without their knowledge.

That's pretty much the case, though I don't know all of the details: a fix that we implemented in order to help with some UBB problems inadvertently broke some customer blosxom installations. Once we heard about it, things were done (I assume a proper re-installation of the module in question) and that fixed it.

As for the vagueness of my message, it's mostly because I first received the complaint but passed it along to more capable hands (and those of a blosxom user who works here) once I realized that I knew almost nothing about blosxom. :>

Either way, sorry for the trouble!
