Still pending approval since 01/31

Like the subject says, I signed up 01/31 and my account is still pending approval. I really don't mind waiting it's just for a personal site but I'd like to know if there is something I missed if you know what I mean?? And how long should I wait before sending tech support a mail, I'd rather not bog them down if I just need to wait... I signed up for hosting + domain registration and it's all paid up.
