Added domains...

Last night I added a domain to a current website of mine. Can anyone help with FTP to the new domain?! Everytime I try FTP I get an error notice saying that my log in is incorrect. KBase doesn't really help with this issue. HOW DO I ACCESS MY NEW WEBSITE? It's not a subdomain if that helps, it's fully hosted!
