hiya..right i signed up bout 3 days ago now and received all the emails..but the password ive been sent seems to be full of + signs and -'es and doesnt seem to work.? ne one else had this problem and how can i resolve this? Also cud ne one tell me were i can change my password?
p.s this is for the ftp

if you go to the panel, log in with your webID and password and look under Users --> Users you can edit the user and change the password...

Or you can login and look at your Support History. I had this problem too. All emails you get from DH go there as well.
