slimy.dreamhost is down!!!
cannot connect by ftp, control panel or domain name
my domain is re-sist.net

I am new to hosting without phone or chat support. How do you give the red alert to these guys?

I believe some of DH's hosting plans come with call back service. For other plans, normally, one needs to open a support ticket or chat to support via the control panel. If the control panel is inaccessible, send an email to support at dreamhost dot com.
