a silly question

I recently added my domain to my service. But when I go and look at check the added service it says:

On this plan:

1 Domain 0 Users

utena-tenjou.net
No Users.


What does that mean? That I'm not on the domain account? How is that possible? Do I have to delete my account and re-do it all over again to become a user for the account? Or is DNS still setting up...I'm lost.

It does seem odd that you'd start out with zero users, but...

Have you tried going to Users/Users/Add New User in the panel, and adding a user?

The confusion may be because an "account," which is related to billing, may have more than one (and apparently as few as zero) "users," which is related to putting files on the server, etc. (but I'm mostly guessing here, too).

I think you can use the same name and password for a user as you are using for your account. There may be disadvantages to doing that, but ...
