uploading issues

I keep having problems uploading to the server using fetch. I am getting a server response error "no space left on device." I tried to upload a second time, and received the same error.
I have checked my disk use and have only uploaded 21 megs of my possible 1600. I am on Happy
Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it something I am doing and can change, or should I contact Dreamhost?
