They try for a 24 hour turnaround. While you might not have yet received a response, it's quite possible that someone's working on it. They don't respond until they have something to say.

Support have been quick the times I've asked a question although I did get a 24 hour "we haven't forgot, just busy!" message from them once. I can imagine it must frustrating as email is especially important. Have you checked the troubled mail account via an email client only, or have you tried checking via WebMail as well? Might be worth a shot while you're waiting for a response.

Nothing is coming into my inbox on webmail but stuff is coming into the spam folder.
My domains are working OK.
