500 - Internal Server Errpr

My site is giving internal server error. It is coming up and then going down very frequently. Here is the error description.

What is wrong? I contacted support but no response from them yet.

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@setmyownprice.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

A 500 usually occurs when the server is heavily loaded. Log into the shell and type 'uptime' and see what the load averages are. They should be below 5.
