Website down files missing

Have sent two emails to tech support and a FAX. No response.

Unable to FTP and the FTP through DreamHost with a zip file of the complete website just keeps hanging, so I don't know if it works either.
My website is down and all the files are missing...CLIPPERS was changed to a new server and everything went haywire.
Funny, my DreamHost console is reporting my website as websister.info.
any HELP out there?
