Recently I reactivated an old account and was trying to get my old domain re-hosted. I tried to create a new user, but it keeps saying "error, see below" but there is no error pointed out in the main form.

Could it be illegal characters in the username?
a-z, 0-9, _ are valid.

I'm not sure, but that would make sense as mirage41 is indeed valid.

Could be the username is taken. Try creating a random user (like abcggg9 or something) as a test.
