Tons of spam from DirectBuy

Anything I can do in filters to catch and delete all this crap? all the samples I have seen have "directbuy@..." in the FROM field, and I have tried putting that in my filters, but it still seems to come thru. They are rotating domains that they are sending from, so really can't block them that way.
any help is appreciated.
