moving domain from one DH user to another?

Hi.

I need to transfer a domain to my dreahost account from another dreamhost user's account. Any advice for how to go about it as the name servers would be the same.

Any help would be appreciated.

Support has to do this. As long as the destination account was not set up with a promo code, it can be done.

... and the domain has never been hosted under a DreamHost account which has been disabled for Terms of Service or Abuse issues

The point here being "generally" we can make the move, but not in every instance, just so the record is straight.
