Hi.
I had dev.domain.com subdomain setup on dreamhost. Now I need wildcard *.dev.domain.com entry. I've added "*.dev" CNAME entry in subdomains for domain.com. Will this work?

Not likely. Support can add a wildcard entry if you give them a good enough reason.
