Mediawiki Easy mode administrator

I'm using Mediawiki in Easy Mode. I want to restrict who can edit pages. One of the options in the dreamhost panel is "Administrators" but when I set that, the "Admin" user account can no longer edit pages. Is there a way to make the "Admin" user an Administrator, or otherwise able to edit pages? I only want the "Admin" account to edit pages, and have other accounts that I create read-only.
