Disk quota exceeded

Really weird, I've used like 10G - 15G on my primary SSH account to which I have assigned 400GB from DH control panel.
Suddenly I can't upload any files via FTP and it keeps tell me "Disk quota exceeded".
What's happening?
I learned there's a limit to the number of files, what's it? What's the limit of number of files?
