Can't Send emails from Outlook

Yesterday I stopped being able to send emails from outlook. My email just stays in the the Outbox. I made no changes to Outlook or to DreamHost, it just stopped working.

I use mail.domain.com. When I test the account, Outlook gives me the error about not being able to connect to SMTP server.

Try setting the outbound port to 587. Your ISP may have decided to close off outbound port 25.

I'm home now and it works. Must have been the ISP at where I was. Thanks
