Apps went haywire?

All of a sudden my apps (well, MediaWiki and Drupal) have gone totally haywire. When I click on my mediawiki link all I get is a page full of text error messages (try it out for yourself at http://wiki.cocoapad.dreamhosters.com/wiki/Main_Page).
Anybody have any idea how to resolve this?
