Access Logs

I know that in my DH account I have access logs in ~/logs/domain.tld/

Where are the tools/shell methods for log management? Also, any tips on some windows programs for log analyzing?

I'm not sure if you're aware but there's a log section in your panel?

As far as "log management" I have no clue what that even means. I use google Analytics.

Oh, and actually what I was trying to do was have specific statistics on certain files/directories. Know a tool for that, so I can see how many times one file/directory was accessed?

I haven't used those logs in ages, but I think in one of the reports you can see file usage/access.
