After adding a few crontab jobs from control panel Goodies -> Cron Jobs, the jobs are listed in the control panel, but not in 'crontab -l'.
I tried 'crontab -l' via SSH there' none of the cron jobs I added just now in the control pane.
What could be wrong?

It's now added.
Just a little frustrated when I set 10 minutes interval and didn't seen it run at the next whole 10 minutes point.

Are you saying that the entry you put in the panel appeared in 'crontab -l'? I always thought they were separate systems.

I believe OP was confused as to why they weren't appearing in crontab -l.
@OP: If you're comfortable in shell it makes sense to stick with the shell way of doing things. Either that or convert all your jobs over into the Panel. As Scott points out, in practice they're separate systems and things can get messy if you mix & match.
