Mirror a dreamhosted domain to a non-dreamhost?

Is this possible?
I have a DH domain that I want to mirror to an external domain not controlled by me. Do I add the external domain to my control panel and then mirror it from the dropdown list that will appear on the domain that I want to mirror?
