custom php on PS

hello
I've set up custom php5 on PS with several extensions, but how can I load the php.ini to enable this extensions?
Now in phpinfo I have:

Configuration File (php.ini) Path /home/username/php5/etc/php5/site.com

BUT

Loaded Configuration File /usr/local/dh/etc/php-ini/site.com.9770769/php.ini

Uncheck the PS Panel settings for site.com

Maybe you could help with another q, since support is busy now..
I have directories from users I've removed but I can't delete these folders because permission denied to "logs" inside that user directories. Can I delete myself?

and another - in my PS 'home' dir I can see 2 uncnown directories - "tuorg" and "tuuka". Looks like users, but not created by me. And my server not so "private"?

You'll need to ask Support to remove superfluous logs and user directories for you.
