Hi, my site is gone and I cannot log into cpanel. I can't find any contact information. Anyone have a phone number so I can call and cuss them out?

There is no phone support available. It's too vulnerable to abuse from people who have screwed up something themselves. Not saying you did that, but DH prices are so low they basically lose any profit from an account for an entire month as soon as a tech spends 15 minutes addressing a problem by phone.
If you can't access your control panel to contact support that way, you'll probably have to use the standard contact form: http://dreamhost.com/contact.cgi
