Setting up domain, web etc

I recently registered a new domain using my one free registration, via the Dreamhosts registration page.

Now I want to create the web site via the "Manage Domains"/"Add new domain" - but when I do, it tells me "Can't add domain: already in our system.".

Am I trying to do this from the wrong menu?

I did also select the gmail/google apps options, if that's relevant.

First, ensure you're spelling it correctly (sorry - it's the first check!).

Now that we're double sure, send a ticket into Support and the Happy My Domain Won't Add Fixing Team (or something) will clear the domain name from the system so that you can add it to your account.
