When will it be fixed?

I can't access webmail. I get the following error:

1044: Access denied for user 'squirrelmail'@'192.168.10.0/255.255.255.0' to database 'dreamhost'
My websites seem to be working fine so far, but I haven't had time to check every piece of them. I received an email stating that my account was being moved to storm. Also, the web panel is inaccessible and gives a message that the Database is having maintenance performed.
Is there an ETA on when this will be fixed?
