Setting up Email with Mac Mail

Hi, i'm new to Dreamhost and just trying to get to grips with it all, i'm having some difficulty understanding how to set up my email through Mail on my Mac, i've tried following the Wiki article:

But to no avail, i'm not sure what my passwords are or where to find them in order to set myself up, can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm sorry if this is a silly question, i'm not much good with this sort of thing.

Have you created a mailbox? It's in the DreamHost panel under Mail -> Manage Email

Once that's done, add your account to Mail.app, as shown in the wiki article. Remember that the username is actually your full email address: myname@mydomain.com

Hey thanks Sdayman for that bit of advice, would never of figured it out on my own.

Once i set up the emails in my Dreamhost account all i had to do was note the passwords down and include them in the set up, genius!
