Account has been pending activation for 2 weeks

I signed up for a dreamhost account on Jan. 18th. The note on the account stated:

"PLEASE NOTE
This account is currently pending approval.

If you've already made payment your account should be activated within one business day."

It is now Jan. 27th and the account still isn't activated. What is the problem?

The nameservers for the domain have already to changed to match dreamhost's.

That's gotta be a record. If you can't submit a ticket in the panel, use this link:

I've submitted two tickets. One yesterday... one today. Support hasn't responded to either one of them.
