Hi,

I have not been able to connect to the MySQL server "grendel" for the last 16 hours. I am getting the 500 Internal Server Error. The phpMyAdmin is also taking a lot of time and sometimes timing out with the same Internal Server Error.

I have already filed a ticket. But have not got any response yet. My website is down. Are there more people who are affected because of the "grendel" server?

Is there something I am missing?

Sounds like you've done everything you should. Now it's up to Support.
