Hey there! I've got the $19.95 code monster account and wonder if anyone out there has the same setup and is able to sustain a lot of traffic with it? Just curious if there are any real life examples out there?

There's no performance difference between code monster and the other plans people were buying. The main differences are limits and features, none of which involve performance.
When you ask about a lot of traffic, do you mean all at once, or over a month's time? Here's a DH Blog entry or two on a high traffic site:
