Transferring sites between accounts

I am taking over a few sites for a client. At the moment the sites (along with mysql databases and so forth) are with Dreamhost. I also have a Dreamhost account and want to move the domains from the old account (which I have full access to) to my one. Does anyone know a clever way to do this, rather than download everything including the MySQL databases, etc and the reupload/fix them all over again?

You'll have to contact support about moving domains between accounts.

Note that if both accounts used a promo code, they might not do it... especially if one account referred the other.
