Changed some PWs in SVN, now all accts forbidden

I changed some passwords and users through the dreamhost control panel and now no one can login. I did not change my username or password, for instance, yet I am receiving a "403 forbidden" message when I try to access the repository.
I have already received the "success" email from dreamhost.
