Bandwidth throttling gone?

Am I stupid or have they removed the ability to set BW throttling on individual domains? If I'm missing it please let me know where to do this. Thanks very much in advance.

Because it's nearly (if not completely) unlimited and probably difficult to track.

I am on a Strictly Business account, which I am not even sure is still offered from looking at the various hosting plans available.

I am hosting sites for clients under that account and feel like the option of limiting bandwidth is useful for a few reasons related to billing and limiting abuse.

I found a suggestion in the system requesting it be reenabled and voted for it. That's about all I can do for now right?

Pretty much, other than manually watching their bandwidth via the panel.
