No FTP access with FTP Client: Peach Down?

Hello, I hope all is okay, most of my files are on peach, but I am not able to connect to Peach with my FTP client. However I can connect to other servers outside of dreamhost. I contacted service but did not get a reply, nor do I see anything on system status explaining anything.
I can get to the files on Peach via the WebFTP files, but im not sure its fully working, i've tried to upload the files but things stay the same.
Does anyone else have this problem, I see below the situation happened with someone the other day.
