Can't repair "bad_httpd_conf"

Hello,
This day three of me getting the "bad_httpd_conf" error. I read the wiki article on the error, but the problem is it's not actually my dreamhost account. A friend took over the account about a year ago now. So, I don't have access to the control panel to try and fix the issue, and I have not been able to contact the account holder to ask him to fix it.
I e-mailed support-at-dreamhost.com, but I got a message saying they didn't recieve my e-mail because my e-mail is not in their database.
So, is there something I can do? Is it possible somebody with an account here can e-mail support for me? the website is www.selftitled.net
