Custom PHP Installing with SSH2 Support

Hello,
I'm developing an application uses ssh2 functions on PHP. Yesterday Dreamhost turned of ssh2 support on PHP on my machine(hypnos) (or maybe all machines).
So i need to install a custom php5 that supports SSH2.
Is there anyone has experience with this issue?
How can I install PHP5 with SSH2 support?
