How do I get DreamHost to stop ignoring my emails?

DreamHost has disabled my user account and has since ignored every email I have sent in the last five days. With my account, I have lost nine domain names and every one of my email addresses. I have sent them three emails (from my backup Gmail address) in the last five days, not one of which has received so much as an acknowledgement of my existance. I have called the number on the domain whois since they have no other listed means of contact, and have been greeted by an answering service. I have left messages and have not received a response. This is the only medium left open to me, and I want access to MY domain names.
What follows is the exchange between myself and DreamHost. What is your opinion of their behaviour?

Subject: DMCA Takedown Notification...
Hello,
We have received a formal DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) notice regarding allegedly infringing content hosted on your site. The specific content in question is identified at the end of this email. (This might be truncated, as it is quite long.)
The party making the complaint (Graeme Grant -- Internet4@Publishers-Antipiracy.net), claims under penalty of perjury to be or represent the copyright owner of this content. Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), we have removed access to the content in question.

Due to the nature of the site -- which appears to be intentionally facilitating the illegal distribution of copyrighted material -- we will unfortunately have to close your account as a whole for blatant violations of DreamHost's Terms of Service which you agreed to upon signing up:

None of the material you list is now or has ever been stored, mentioned, referenced or conceived of on your servers. Your servers have never been used for illegal purposes.
The site in question has always been on a dedicated server hosted with another company, and is now offline in any case.
If I understand correctly, you are objecting to this:
"Customer may only use DreamHost Web Hosting's Server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Country, Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. To this effect, child pornography is strictly prohibited as well as housing any copyrighted information (to which the customer does not hold the copyright) on DreamHost Web Hosting's Server."
No such information has ever existed on your web servers. I have in no way violated your terms of use. Please re-enable my personal hosting account.
Did you even read the email?

Hello,

Are you saying the collection of links (example below) did not resolve to valid webpages and did not contain information (whether links, torrent files, etc.) to facilitate downloading copyrighted content illegally? Please elaborate.

Why is the DNS pointed at our nameservers and the domain entered in our hosting system if it is hosted on a dedicated server with another host?
Also, if we weren't the host, and if the content on our servers didn't facilitate visitors downloading copyrighted content illegally, why the disclaimer on the copy of the site that is currently stored on our servers?

After the external server (IP address 207.182.135.26 with xlHost) was brought offline, I moved to a temporary placeholder page on my DreamHost account. It carries nothing more than a static message. The links you provide are broken now and have never resolved to a DreamHost web server.

Could you please advise me as to when you expect to have my account re-enabled? You currently hold all my email accounts and domains in thrall over an arbitrary complaint, as I have at no point violated your terms and conditions, nor are you in any way legally responsible for my actions in this regard. If you would like to discuss resource use, I would be more than happy to do so and I acknowledge that that is a legitimate issue. This is not.
Stop dragging your feet. This issue is negatively impacting a large number of people. Normally I am a very patient and understanding person, but this is not a normal situation. Either re-enable my account, or give me access to my own domains so that I may move them to a more reasonable host/registrar.

Subject: Dear DreamHost,
As I have stated in previous support tickets, I am a very patient and courteous person. Therefore, I hope you appreciate how much it takes to get me really ****ing pissed. For example, disabling an account which receives upwards of 40,000 hits a day on an imagined legal pretense, responding with ignorant and poorly-researched drivel, then failing to respond with even a "**** off" for over two days after I had very, very politely pointed out your oversights. That would do it every time. Congratulations.
Now, since my past messages seem to have been insufficiently clear, allow me to refer to your own terms of service and other sources on your web site in order to further clarify the situation.
Your complaint is regarding copyrighted material that you feel is illegally hosted on your servers. I have already covered the reasons that this is not and has never been the case, and I hope I do not have to do so again. Therefore, the only possible issue here is my use of your registrar and nameserver services for the purpose, while dealing with the allegedly copyrighted content on a dedicated server with another organization.
So, let's go see if we can find a valid argument supporting your position that simply by having the domain registered with you I have somehow offended a company god or something.
This only applies to material hosted on your server. Nope, no good.
"[...] you are the owner of your domain name... not DreamHost!"
Uh-oh. If DreamHost does not own my NINE domain names which are associated with my DreamHost account, why is it that I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ANY OF THEM? Please explain your rationale here, because you're starting to lose me.
"This contract may be terminated by either party, without cause, by giving the other party 30 days written notice."
Did you give me 30 days' written notice, maybe written on the moon somewhere? I never gave you 30 days' written notice.
Now, what do you think would be a reasonable response? Any suggestions? Personally, I think immediately re-enabling MY account, granting me access to MY domains, offering an honest apology, and a full refund would be entirely in order. You're welcome to give me my 30 days if you hate me for not lying down and taking this bull****, but I want 30 days to back up my files. I want 30 days to find a new web host that will not treat me like a dog eating its own foo. I want 30 days to move my ****ing domains to a new registrar. I WANT 30 DAYS TO EXPLAIN TO MY 70,000 MEMBERS WHY THEIR SITE JUST DISAPPEARED FOR A WEEK WHILE I WAS UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING TO PREVENT IT.
I have been polite. I have been tolerant. I am done being polite and tolerant. Now give me back my mother****ing account or give me one valid ****ing reason why you will not. This is ****ing pathetic.
When I registered with DreamHost, all the bad press seemed to be conceptual and about overselling, published by people that had never actually been DreamHost members. Overselling makes sense to me and I've got no problem with that. Their proponents praised their customer service and their quick, quick turnaround. Huh.
Your opinions on copyright infringement aside, can you conceive of a justification for them simply ignoring me? I guess it's a quick way of avoiding dealing with the uncomfortable points I raised. I have no chance of negotiating, reasoning, or even understanding their stance if they refuse to respond.
I want my domains back, and I want my domains back now. They have no right to deny me access. They're welcome to trash everything else if they like, heaven knows I'll be jumping ship the moment they return what is mine. However, I have roughly $200 invested in those nine domains, some of which have some recognition, others of which play host to the emails that I use every day.
I am sick of this.
