Problems with custom php.ini

Hi, guys.

Following the wiki instructions (http://wiki.dreamhost.com/index.php/PHP.ini), I´ve stopped at the line "chmod +x php-copy.sh". Does not matter where I type it, I have always the same answer:

cannot access 'php-copy.sh' : No such file or directory

The putty´s window print-screen:

Even on root, or my 'site directory', or cgi-bin folder.
Any idea? Why am I get this error?

I know (no. I *think*) the informations are the same. But the way showed is more "organized" and helps newbies, like me, understand the "folders structure".
