Modifying MX Records

I know that when you click on DNS under domain control, you can add some custom records, change your name server and so forth if its a domain controlled by dreamhost.
But what if I need to change the MX record of one of the domains, for example if email at the domain is handled by a blackberry service and not the hosting provider. On host gator we can change this via CPanel/WHM in the zone section, or if the domain is manually controlled on GoDaddy we can easily control this under Total Domain Control.
So where or how can I change it on a Dreamhost registered domain?
