Using FTP from dreamhost but different web host for main site

Hi, I'm currently using .mac to host my site (using iWeb) but using my own domain using a cname command from my dreamhost account.
Is it possible for dreamhost to host my FTP but not host my site?
I'd like to use their more robust ftp for my clients but i'd like to keep the simplicity of the iWeb publish command using my .mac site.
