php-ffmpeg install issues

Hi, I tried to install php-ffmpeg as per the wiki article but when I get to the ./configure step, I get the following error:
checking for ffmpeg support... yes, shared
checking for ffmpeg headers... configure: error: ffmpeg headers not found. Make sure you've built ffmpeg as shared libs using the --enable-shared option
I built ffmpeg earlier using the enable-shared option (and it seems like right before, it found them to be shared...) and am not sure what to do next. Also, I just installed php-5.2.5 and got that working. If anyone has any suggestions or advice I would greatly appreciate it.
