Megaman server crash?

We are on the megaman server. I can't FTP to our account and the blog won't come up. I get the following message: Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I put a ticket in at 10:50 and have not gotten a response. Earlier account test status said that we were receiving heavy loads and bandwidth usage shows a leap on 5/19. We don't understand why. The last post to the site was on 5/13.

Is the problem with our account or the megaman server?

I've had problems all day with megaman. My site won't even come up at all. TCP connection failures, timeouts, etc. I noticed the latency yesterday and submitted a ticket at 11:30 am EST. I still have yet to receive a response.

Megaman appears to be on the cursed Blingy cluster.

Unfortunately, yes. Megaman was up for about 3 hours tonight but very slow. It is giving a 500 Internal Server Error again now, however (4:20 a.m. EST)
